Q #1) How did you get your idea or concept for the business?
"I felt a lot of difficulty connecting the final audience with the brand, so why not connect?
In this medium I found the solution: Games interaction!
That's when Challenges came about!"
Q #2) What inspired you to develop your idea?

Q #3) How did you decide when to establish your company?
I've always liked being the first in many aspects of my life, I always think about breaking the mold, and I starting my business with 15 years old. People think I'm crazy but I don't care, if they're talking bad about you it's because you're on the right track! They think I don't know anything, but the important thing is that I always try to inspire my knowledge, I still don't know many things. But my age doesn't preclude me from possessing business skills like another 30-year-old adult!
Q #4) What have you enjoyed most about starting your own company?
When we start to undertake there is the feeling that we will not work so hard, on the contrary, we work a lot and every day there is a new challenge to be faced. It is extremely gratifying to see the effort turn into a result. Therefore, every day we have a challenge to overcome and an expectation to master!
Q #5) What challenges did you have to overcome at the beginning of your journey?
I consider that I am still at the beginning of my great journey. The biggest challenges they face are: Prejudice with my age and control of activities between my company and high school.
Q #6) How did you first select your employees?
"It is a privilege to have the choice with whom to work, my biggest criteria are:
-Understand the ability I have regardless of my age.
-Understand where that professional can fit into the scope of my business.
-In addition to your professional skills, how can you add to my life."
Q #7) How did you raise funding?
I have the privilege of being in a different situation from society in general. My investor is part of my family, in addition to my couch and investor I have a great supporter on my side!
Q #8) How long did it take you to find success?
I still haven't reached my big goal of success for my business but my biggest reason to live is well defined in mind, doing so, never give up!
Q #9) What is unique about your business?
Any type of business is special, from creation to results. What makes my business special is the way it was created and what it is becoming, helping other companies to improve their results and find their target audience and entertainment on the platform.
Q #10) What service(s) or product(s) do you offer/manufacture?
Challenges is a new Marketing platform created, focused on the gamification niche. Making the connection between the company and the final public. The platform is divided into two parts, namely: the Usual Challenges and the Special Challenges. The Usual Challenges have the objective of the users to know your brand, that is, they will have questions or games that make them search about you and with that they earn points; have more visibility in your niche. The Special Challenge has the objective of exchanging the points that were computed when answering about your company in exchange for products; the public has the opportunity to learn about the brand and consume its product, generating conversion. So, an interaction game!
Q #11) How do you advertise your business?
Today's businesses do not have the option of not entering Digital Marketing! I advertise my business using all the tools that make sense to be, like: Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok and paid media. The two worlds of Marketing: Organico and Paid, work together. It has an extremely demanding team that helps me with ideas, organization and action.

"Goals are set by month or week (depending on job demand) but generally have:
1-Launch our platform by this month.
2-Work with each other with respect or closeness and understanding of all ideas and suggestions.
3-Close large contracts with companies."

Q #14) What are your responsibilities as the business owner?
The difference between a boss and a leader is that: The leader has the ability to understand the problem, understand the suggestions for resolution and find a way that prevails in everyone, while the boss makes the decision for himself. My responsibilities are to understand what is happening and find solutions or make plans for the next steps as a whole.
Q #15) How do you prioritize your work?
At the moment of my life I try to prioritize my business (always first) but also High School, I understand that study is extremely important and should never be put aside. I plan my time for each activity of the day, dividing it into: school, business, gym and course. It seems like a lot but with organization everything fits. I understand my privileges so I have to take advantage of every opportunity, prioritizing my App!
Q #16) What advice would you give to someone who is trying to become an entrepreneur?
The world of entrepreneurship is extremely complex and challenging, with each passing day one more problem has to be solved. Understand that your future only depends on you, if you don't have motivation remember that people you love depend on you. Face it, throw yourself into the emotion, have courage because there is no emotion like seeing your business growing and taking strength
Q #17) What are the qualities of a good entrepreneur?
The qualities of a good entrepreneur is to understand that it is necessary to take one day after another. Always try to reinvent yourself and discover the world in which you travel, always use your superior mental faculties: will, intuition, reason, imagination, perception and memory. Be brave and not be afraid to take risks!

Right now I'm working on launching my business and hiring companies.
Q #19) What is Your Strengths?
My strengths are understanding and imagination. Everything that has ever been created was imagined by someone, my imagination is my secret weapon that I use to solve my problems. You already have the gift of understanding that entrepreneurship takes time and consistency!
Q #20) What Would You Do With Unlimited Resources?
With unlimited resources, I would promote the business in other countries, cutting all possible borders. Helping companies to reach high levels, but I have the conception that I will get there!
Q #21) Stress has become an inevitable part of our lives, what do you do to de-stress yourself? OR what do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Stress is part of our lives all the time, I always try to find ways to minimize it in my day to day. When I'm extremely stressed and angry: I take a deep breath, go get coffee and go back on my journey or do meditation and read my statement!
Q #22) What’s your greatest fear as an entrepreneur?
I believe that the biggest fear shared with all entrepreneurs is that nothing will work out. But we have to have and learn to live with this fear, always dribbling it. Having convection is imagined an extremely successful business (law of attraction).
Q #23) Where Do You Go on a Night Out?
On my nights off I always try to go out with my friends to clubs or house parties!
Q #24) How many hours a day do you work on average?
During the day I work 2 to 4 hours!
Q #25) How has being an entrepreneur affected your family life?
Entrepreneurship affects my family's routine, thus: business travel and freedom both geographically and financially. Bringing comfort!

My great inspiration is to become a great entrepreneur and with a huge success recognized worldwide!
Q #27) How do you generate new ideas?
My best ideas came when I was relaxed and patient. I always try to be in my best shape both emotionally and physically, with that, ideas flow. Otherwise, I imagine myself being under a lake and listening to the birds, so I see a light and clarity in my mind!
Q #28) What are your ideals?
I always try to get out of my comfort zone, confronting my mind and paradigm. I try to give my best in all areas of my life and always seek evolution!
Q #29) How do you define success?
Success is a word with different meanings and for each one it has a different weight. Success can be either building a beautiful family or a great empire. For me success is having balance in all areas of life, reaching the podium, building my big successful business together with an empire!
Q #30) Do you believe there is some sort of pattern or formula to becoming a successful entrepreneur?
For me, success has no formula, but points: determination, focus, discipline and faith. I recommend to everyone starting this plan to read "Think and grow rich" - Napoeleon Hill.
Q #31) What is your favorite aspect of being an entrepreneur?
My favorite perk of being an entrepreneur is having the freedom to work from wherever you want and put your wants into plans!
Q #32) If you had the chance to start your career over again, what would you do differently?
If I had the chance to start again, I would have more discipline!
